General Terms and Conditions:

1. Only residents are eligible to make reservation.

2. Payment for reservation of guest units must be in full for the rental period.

3. However, at discretion of management, management may consider refunding advance payments of rental in respect of early cancellations, provided cancellation has been notified in writing to the management office at least ONE month prior to the commencement of rental period.

4. No refund will be made for cancellation if the reservations period falls on the following peak periods: (a)all School Holidays  (b)Chinese New Year, Christmas, Hari Raya Puasa and Deepavali holidays (c)whole month of December.

5. *For monthly stay; charges on electricity are excluded in the rental.
